How Covid Has Affected Me

More people are experiencing depression, anxiety, weight gain, insomnia, uncertainty, among other rollercoaster rides of emotions. The nice thing to know, is we are all facing the virus together, while all having distinct experiences. I know I’m glued to my screen more then ever before, anxiety has been come and go, sleep schedule…who is she? And don’t even get me started on family drama and confrontation.      The uncertainty, for many, has been the root cause of their newly or resurfacing anxiety/depression. Many people can’t pay their bills, some are looking into the future and are worried about food on their table and a roof over their heads.
